I built the database, the search, and the AI assistant described on this site, and I run all of it myself, on my own equipment and on hardware I configure for firms that want to own it outright. I am Levi M. Bakke, a licensed private investigator in Oregon, DPSST license #133610, based in La Grande, and you can verify my license directly at oregon.gov/dpsst.

Every build, every OCR job, and every investigation I take on is done at the direction of counsel, under a written engagement agreement.

I work Eastern Oregon: Union, Baker, Wallowa, and Umatilla counties as routine coverage, with other counties and out-of-area work available by quote.
