Two systems in development at Blue Mountain, a multi-agent AI staff and a citation engine that checks every claim against a stamped page.
Two systems I am building are coming to Blue Mountain clients.
The AI Agent Firm
I built my own multi-agent AI staff to run investigations and case work at a scale one person cannot match alone. It runs on one filing director, 29 department heads, 80 specialist agents, and 22 records sub-officers, each with its own job. Department heads include a records officer, public records, private records, discovery, procedural, litigation intelligence, witness, medical director, pharmacology, controlled substances, geriatric dementia, cardiac QT, MAR reconciliation, healthcare fraud, citation desk, proof matrix, adversarial review, triage, investigative journalism, grant writer, and bar, nursing-board, civil rights, and civil RICO drafters, among others. The specialist agents underneath them handle research, evidence location and verification, deadline calculation, motion drafting, drug-interaction analysis, public-records auditing and drafting, and more.
In real-world use, it has beaten the top AI services available today, and not by a little.
The Valor Engine
Still under construction. It takes a Bates-labeled document set, 10,000 pages and up, and builds a report with a citation on every claim, so your job becomes checking the citations rather than writing the report. In my testing, it runs at 94 percent accuracy.
Here is why it holds up: the AI never writes a citation. Citations are placed by code, pulled straight from the stamped page, so a made-up citation cannot occur.
Two documented runs back that up. On June 11, 2026, on a 207-page medical chart, the Engine scored 10 for 10 while Anthropic's Fable 5 model's improvised audit of the same run flagged two false errors. Fable 5 then confirmed that a fabricated citation is structurally impossible in this design, because the AI never writes a citation; code places it from the stamped page.
On July 7, 2026, on a 3,030-page, 151-document set, the Engine extracted 691 claims and 499 exhibits. In the quote audit, 115 of 121 quoted citations landed on the right page on the first pass; the other six were one page off, and the citation check caught every one before the report went out. The finished report carried 186 citations with zero missing.
