Data connectors
Two packages of public data the assistant can reach and cite, live, alongside your own case record.
Live lookups
Public record and public law, reachable and cited.
Courts, statutes, FDA data, and Medicare data, queried live and returned with their source.
Beyond your own file, the assistant can run live lookups against public sources and return the record together with its source. Two packages are available, both from Level 2, both quoted at signing.
Legal data package
- Oregon courts: circuit court case registers, parties, events, and documents; Oregon appellate opinions; Attorney General opinions and public-records orders.
- Federal courts: dockets and opinions through CourtListener and RECAP. PACER retrieval on request, billed through at PACER's per-page rate.
- Oregon law: statutes with full text, administrative rules, UTCR and local rules, legislative bills, votes, and testimony.
- Public records: tracking of your Oregon public-records requests, agency responses, and deadlines, alongside the case record.
Medical data package
- FDA drug labels and boxed warnings, adverse-event reports, NDC directory and recalls.
- RxNorm drug classes.
- Medicare and Medicaid spending, provider, facility, and physician fee-schedule data.
- Clinical-trial and PubMed literature.
How a lookup is cited
Every live lookup returns the record along with where it came from and when it was pulled, the same citation discipline as a search inside your own file. The assistant does not blend a public lookup into an answer without naming its source.
Terms of use
CMS, openFDA, RxNorm, CourtListener, and Oregon Legislature data are public and free to use. Oregon court records have their own access terms; lookups run on your behalf as your case tool and are not bulk-redistributed. PACER charges per page and is passed through at cost.
Price
Both packages: available from Level 2, quoted at signing.
No legal advice. A cited lookup is a record, not a legal conclusion; counsel decides what it means for the matter.
