What you get
- Every page is read the way a person would read it, by an engine trained on millions of documents that puts a confidence score on every word, so accuracy is visible rather than assumed. It is HIPAA eligible for medical records. It runs on Amazon Web Services, not a homemade tool.
- A layer of real, searchable text added over the original image of each page. Nothing about the page is redrawn or altered. What you see is what was in the file.
- A page-count check, so you can confirm nothing was dropped, duplicated, or reordered.
- Bates numbering on request, at no added charge.
Formats accepted
PDF, TIFF, JPEG and other common image formats, and paper. Digital files can be sent by encrypted drive, secure download link, or however your office already moves discovery. Paper comes to me, gets scanned, and is returned or shredded on your written instruction.

Price is quoted from a verified page count before work begins. If the actual count differs from the estimate by more than 5 percent, I re-quote before proceeding rather than after. Rush turnaround, under 5 business days, adds 50 percent.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is scoped to the size of the production and confirmed at intake. Rush service is available under 5 business days for an added 50 percent.
What happens next
OCR is a complete deliverable on its own, or a first step. Once a production is searchable, it can be loaded into a case database with an assistant your staff can question directly. See Build levels.
